2. Our Services

CynSational Design, LLC offers interior design and decorating solutions, which may include:

Services are subject to availability, project requirements, and individual agreements.

3. Consultation & Booking Policy

By scheduling a consultation, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your project.

Consultations do not guarantee acceptance of a project or availability for future services.

Any consultation fees, cancellation requirements, or rescheduling policies will be communicated before booking.

4. Project Estimates & Pricing

All project estimates are based on the information provided by the client and the anticipated scope of work.

Pricing may vary depending on:

Project size and complexity

Materials, furniture, and décor selections

Labor and third-party vendor costs

Custom design requirements

Changes requested after project approval

Additional services or modifications outside the agreed project scope may result in additional charges, subject to client approval.

Final pricing and payment arrangements will be outlined in the applicable service agreement.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms, deposits, installment schedules, and applicable fees will be established before services begin.

Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement:

Payments are due according to the agreed schedule.

Additional purchases or services require client authorization.

Completed design services and approved work already performed are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Refund eligibility for merchandise, furnishings, and custom orders is subject to the applicable vendor's policies and any written client agreement.

Failure to make required payments may result in a pause or termination of services in accordance with the service agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful design experience, clients agree to:

Provide accurate project details and measurements when requested.

Communicate design preferences, budgets, and expectations.

Review and approve design selections in a timely manner.

Provide reasonable access to the project location when required.

Communicate requested changes before purchases or implementation.

Fulfill agreed payment obligations.

Delays in client communication, approvals, payments, or access may affect project completion timelines.

7. Design Approvals & Changes

Clients are responsible for reviewing design concepts, material selections, furnishings, color recommendations, and other project details before providing final approval.

Once selections are approved and purchases or work have begun, changes may result in additional expenses or delays.

CynSational Design, LLC will communicate material changes to the project scope, budget, or schedule when reasonably possible.

8. Third-Party Vendors & Contractors

Some projects may involve independent vendors, contractors, furniture suppliers, delivery companies, or other service providers.

CynSational Design, LLC is not responsible for the independent acts, delays, product defects, or service failures of third parties beyond its reasonable control, except as required by applicable law.

Any responsibility for coordinating or supervising third-party services will be specified in the project agreement.

9. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided for planning purposes and may vary due to product availability, shipping delays, contractor schedules, weather conditions, client approvals, or unforeseen circumstances.

While we strive to meet agreed deadlines, specific completion dates are not guaranteed unless expressly established in a written agreement.

10. Design Concepts & Intellectual Property

Original design concepts, presentations, mood boards, drawings, photographs, written content, and other creative materials produced by CynSational Design, LLC may be protected by intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients may use delivered design materials for their intended personal project purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit them without authorization.

Third-party products, artwork, and materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights.

11. Project Photography & Portfolio Use

CynSational Design, LLC may request permission to photograph completed design projects for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes.

Identifiable images of a client's private residence, personal belongings, or private information will not be published without appropriate permission.

Clients may communicate photography or privacy restrictions before or during their project.

12. Website Forms & Information Submission

When submitting information through our website, you agree that:

The information provided is accurate and complete.

You have authorization to share the information submitted.

Your inquiry is for legitimate business or service purposes.

You will not submit fraudulent, abusive, or harmful content.

Submission of an inquiry does not establish a contractual designer-client relationship.

13. Communication Consent

By submitting an inquiry or requesting services, you authorize CynSational Design, LLC to contact you regarding your request through the contact methods you provide, including email or telephone.

If you separately opt in to receive text messages or promotional communications, you may withdraw that consent using the applicable unsubscribe or opt-out instructions.

Consent to receive marketing messages is not required to purchase services.

We do not guarantee that any particular design will produce a specific property value increase, financial return, or other measurable outcome.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CynSational Design, LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Any project-specific limitations of liability will be addressed in the applicable service agreement.

18. Cancellation & Termination

Clients requesting cancellation or rescheduling should provide notice as outlined in their booking confirmation or service agreement.

Cancellation of an active design project may result in charges for services already performed, authorized purchases, and non-cancellable commitments.

Any remaining payment or refund obligations will be determined under the applicable agreement and governing law.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

20. Changes to Terms & Conditions

CynSational Design, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions periodically.

Updated terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.

Changes will not retroactively alter an existing signed project agreement unless permitted by that agreement and applicable law.
